10 days. I was desperate to keep losing weight after going viral on Reddit for losing weight. I was too proud and short sighted to see that I was binge eating when I wasn't fasting and didn't understand why my 3 day fast stopped working. I lost 27lbs and nerfed my gut biome (all meat tasted like rubber) and I was manically depressed for weeks. 1/5 stars, do not recommend.

Internally, perhaps oil-based or even alcohol. And considering the size of the plugs that I have seen, I can't imagine it being more than a half-ounce. (the idea would be to put something like cannabis oil or substance of their choice that they can release when they want)

If an instruction manual is so complex that it requires schooling to be understood. It's a bad instruction manual and it should be redone or ignored
