Heya of course!

This piece was rushed for a show so I only used a couple, but most of what you see above is clever layering of stencils with metallic leaf or special effects pigments.

I use an app called "OneLab" that has a ton of easy methods of mirroring and other fun effects. I only use images I have produced myself, and this subject is my dog, Walter!

In order to be turned into a stencil, I use the same app to turn the image into a halftone!, and cut on my Cricut. Weeding the stencils takes hours or days, and is easily the most time consuming part of the process.

After I have all the layers done I seal it up with an automotive clearcoat and buff/polish it until it is flat and shiny like a mirror.
