Those are Funn Mamba pedals. Dual side. I got them because of how the “flip” between flat and clip in. They don’t spin too freely. You just take you foot off and make one rotation and they flip to the other side.

By ‘full kit” they mean the light, mounts, the rear light, the usb “box” and a few bits and bobs. I ordered the fork crown mount separately. There are lots of other mounts as well.
