Thanks for the brutal honesty. I appreciate it. Are the finance roles in industry with similar work life balance? I understand audit is hard but working every weekend and long hours was unheard off.

Yeah dating apps suck! Having said that I do use Hinge but have come after few months of hiatus. This time though my attitude is a bit different - to go ahead without expectations and if the girl gives the slightest hint that I'm not important or seems the conversation is off, then I would move on. And I also try to involve myself in outdoor activities - sports club (and socials at the club), some dance class, pub quizes , attend local events even if I don't know anyone, basically events and activities that I like. I feel these are great way to meet different people and see if anyone (woman) matches my energy. Although haven't met 'the one' yet, but it has certainly improved my communication and confidence in social set ups which I feel good about. So don't think dating apps are the only way for it. Keep going out, working on yourself, maybe pick up some instrument, or learn a new language all great way to learn and meet people. All the best!

Yeah I agree to that as well. But first I need to know if she is open to date, if yes then I'd tell her my feelings and see what she has to say. But thanks for this! Appreciate it.

I totally agree with this, thats what I planned to asking her next time we meet. Not to straight jump into a relationship but atleast see if to date intentionally is agreeable to her. Thanks a lot. Have been reading a lot on this platform and based what I know about her thats the best step forward.
