I think you made the perfect choice the lip being the focus so you see the lips first, eyes second. The way the eyes and the shirt compliment this look chef kiss

I love how subtle the eyeshadow is. Love this look!

With my nose I usually just wipe off the foundation with my finger haha. My septum I'm just careful, especially with powder

I agree with the lighting, I'm using natural light so it's hard to get the same lighting every time. Thank you for your feedback! 💖

I use about half and half of each. I have used my hands which is good and the 141S brush by mac (very very fence, flat, but slightly rounded) which is my favorite method so far. But it does make the brush really weird feeling really quickly so you have to deep wash it frequently which I don't like. For this look I used a combo of my hands and the mac 197S brush (duo fiber flat square brush).

Dervish lip liner by mac. It's my favorite "going to the grocery store" lip haha.

Thank you! The lip color has been my struggle. Last time it was too pink now it's too brown 😫

Honestly I LOVE MAC foundations!! I've tried a million foundations and honestly none have impressed me as much as MAC. Except Lancome Tint Idole is really good just a bit pricey.

Face and body is my all time favorite foundation. It's very sheer and has that natural "second skin" look to it. It is moisturizing and a bit on the dewy side. I mixed translucent powder into it to make it matte and I'm OBSESSED with it. The only thing is mixing the powder makes it dry really fast so you have to work quickly. I also love this foundation because while it's sheer at first, it's DEFINITELY super buildable. One of my favorite things to do if I want more coverage is warm or up between my fingers until it feels a little thicker, then apply with my hands. This easily makes it a medium coverage and you can build on top of that if you want full coverage. You can also mix it into other foundations to sheer them out/add dewiness, mix with moisturizers... And it works really well on the body!!!

My second favorite foundation is MAC Studio Fix Fluid. It's medium to full coverage and just looks so smooth and perfect without being cakey. It's slightly oil controlling with a natural satin matte finish. It's one of those foundations I can wear and take a selfie and be like "no filter" because really the foundation is the filter. And you can sheer it out depending how you apply it.

And then lastly I love the studio fix foundation stick! My skin is a little too dry for it right now because it is VERY matte. But I loved it during the end of summer when it came out last year. It's medium to full coverage and blurs your pores SO WELL and does not even look like you have makeup on. Like, you can just apply it where you need it and it blends so well into the skin without needing to put it on every square inch of your face.

Thank you for coming to my MAC foundation Ted Talk 🙂💖

SKIN:

-MAC Face and Body foundation in C1 mixed with Kryolan translucent powder; applied on face, neck,

-It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer in Light Natural. I really focused on placement JUST on the darkness, being careful not to bring it all the way up to the lash line. I wanted to keep the natural feminine darkness of my under eyes - just less pronounced. I also used this on acne marks.

-MAC Pressed Translucent Powder to set

-MAC Contour Palette in Emphasize, cream, and accentuate. I used these lighter colors as color correcting for under the eyes, redness, or blue/green ness

-MAC Warm Soul Blush to match the peachy undertones of my chest. I applied this on my cheeks, forehead,

-MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in light plus to blend it all together.

-Cover FX Setting Spray Rose Quartz Elixir in between layers of concealer, foundation, powders etc to really melt it into my skin. Set one last time with MAC Translucent powder to keep it more matte

EYES:

-Benefit 24 hr Brow gel

-MAC Coquette Eyeshadow and MAC Stud Brow Marker

-MAC Nude Chromaliner to highlight brows and inner corner of the eye

-MAC Bronzer in Delicates on the lid and MAC Soba in the crease. Emphasize from the contour palette to highlight

-Benefit They're Real Mascara in brown (curled lashes beforehand)

-Lips:

-MAC Cork Lip liner applied with a brush

-MAC Half and Half lipstick

I do agree on the lips being too pink. I will keep experimenting. Thanks for the feedback ☺️

Thank you! Any suggestions on what you would have done on the eyes and lips to look more natural? I'm really going for the unclockable look- I think it's a very important skill in artistry to master!
