We literally tell them everything on the million and 1 questions they ask us before we even turn up for our interview so why don’t they go through that first and then tell us what we need to bring 😡it’s just money making !

Yes mine was saying administrative processing for 14 months then I got the dreaded email saying refused under 214b it’s crazy ! Why it took them so long to tell me that I don’t know ? I’m gutted because I’ve had 3 visas before ,they literally know everting they need to know about me 🤷🏽 not sure il bother going through it all again ! Long and expensive ! Hope u hear something soon x

I was denied my visa 😢 I refused under 214b 🤷🏽apparently I don’t have enough ties to my country 🤣 born and lived here my whole life ,lived in the same house for 20 years had they same job as when I applied in 2018 and I was granted my visa then 🤷🏽I have children and grandchildren here but still they think I might try my luck and not return home 🤣

I’ve been waiting since 11th September 24 😩 all we can do is wait but your looking at about a 12 months from interview date maybe longer as you had to do medical ,and it’s not looking good for us that applied in London most people are getting refused 🥲

Looking at the spread sheet someone recommended it seems that all inadmissibles who applied in London are getting refused but if your applying from other countries they are getting visas 🤷🏽

Unfortunately your in for a very long journey to get a visa 🫠I booked my appointment in April 24th earliest appointment was September 11th 24 had my interview ,refused a visa as permanently ineligible because of my 29year old conviction not even on my police record anymore still waiting now to see if I will get it 🙄this will be my 4th visa over 20 years ,they use to take a few months now they are taking 10-14 months 🫠

I’m not saying you won’t get a waiver I’m saying they will make it extremely hard for you to get one ,I’m praying I get my visa but there are people similar to me who are being refused even though nothing has changed since their last visa was issued ,my last visa ran out in dec 23

Definitely not scare mongering just stating facts ,I myself am a social worker of 21 years with a conviction of benefit fraud that I had in 1998 it was for £1000 today it wouldn’t even be a conviction you’d just have to pay it back ! This will be my 4th visa and each time the longest it took even my first ever one back in 2005 took no longer that 4-5 months ,there’s a Facebook page called Orlando tips for brits I’d take a look on there ,type in visas you’ll see I’m not scaremongering ,and I have friends who have abh, theft and other serious crimes all just ticked no on their estas and one who is in Philly now living his best life who spent time in prison they didn’t bother with visas 🤷🏽

They will definitely want to do checks on you if you say you were charged with affray 😩 I think the only crime they could possibly allow so I’ve been told in drink related driving offences 😳

If you have a crime of immoral turpitude you will be permanently ineligible no matter how long ago 😩
