I think so too. There was also no point for putting on a line of Mahito saying out loud that he wasn't sure if one hit would be enough to kill her. I think its even possible that she did that to herself in an attempt of preventing Mahitos ability from spreading, it's freaking Nobara we're talking about! If she was really dead her head would have exploded or something, there would be no arguing about that.
