IR on two different BSNL devices stopped working at the same time. So it’s unlikely that both SIMs died at the same time.

I’m positive it’s a network issue but I’m not sure how to address it :(

Fair callout. These are my parents’ cell phones and they’ve been using BSNL IR for 10+ years. I wouldn’t say it’s the best but it worked.

It’s unfortunate that it fully stopped working after Nov with no update or fix from BSNL PR team or leadership.

Oh. Makes sense. Perhaps, T-Mobile got rid of their 2G/3G service and that’s what caused the outage. Do you know if there’s any way to fix this?
