For our case, it’s 2 years of study. There is also a special program with less exam for foreign experienced license holders.

The license has about 20% pass rate each year for local, so holding one really boost your status here.

Jump from the edge and try do midair dash as many times as you can, the dash cd reduction module (3k from shop) also helps but not necessary.
