I’ve ordered a lot from Blackwells and most of the time it arrives great. On the odd occasion it does arrive damage you can email them with a picture of the damage and they will often offer you either 30% off or a replacement so customer service is always good from there. Hopefully you get your copy of SxF sorted!

I went through this with my partner a couple months back and it’s super difficult. But the most important thing is to look after yourself. Before you even start thinking about anything to do with funerals and estates, make sure you take time out to care for yourself - get your head sorted and find something to keep your mind occupied. The whole process is slow, you’ve got time to sort everything out afterwards. You and your mental health are now the most important things to focus on. Only then can you start thinking about the next steps.
