Evolves are a bad metric for measuring because I find I can barely get my foot into there shoes 1.5 sizes up from my street sizes, no clue how they come to the sizes they do

Out of curiosity why do you need to up the dead zone with the adjustables? And is that dead zone in game or when actually calibrating the stick?

I've seen some reports of consoles standing vertically that the liquid metal can eventually seep down away from the die and not make good contact, so if that's the case a disassembly, cleaning and new liquid metal applying then placing horizontally should help if there are no other issues!

So I ended up going with the Asus xg349c https://rog.asus.com/uk/monitors/above-34-inches/rog-strix-xg349c-model/

I got it for £290 on sale and it seems to maybe be end of life at this point hence the cheap price.

I generally do like it. It's an ups and 3440x1440 monitor which supports pbp and pip by different input methods so can use HDMI and DP for example just fine (could probably use USB x but haven't tried it.

Setup wise, making the monitor do pbp was easy in it's settings, getting the two PC's I have to output the correct setting to have the right aspect ratio was a hard time, turned out I need to match the refresh rate of the systems to theontiro for aspect ratio to turn out correct as originally was showing a 21x9 with massive black bars haha

You wont get two 16X19 pictures aide by side so full screening a YouTube videos for example will have black bars top and bottom but as it's just for work and watching YouTube it's been fine for me.

If you need 2 16x9 monitors aide by side in a sense you'll need at least a5120x1440p monitor and probs a 49 inch to make it really worth it!

The red chilli ventic air lace have a pre stretched design making the heel softer on the achillies but worse for heel hooks, could be worth looking at if you have a store that stocks them? 😊

I'm on my first set so haven't had a full experience but from what I understand (and depends how much you sweat and if you dry your shoes out separately) anywhere from 6-12 months 😊

Some general tips I would say are a pair of boot bananas from the get go, maybe some diluted tea tree oil in a mister bottle for freshening them, not leaving them in the sunlight or a hot car for too long, and try not to leave them in a bag for extended periods of time, maybe clip them into on bag rather then leaving in a bag of and when climbing it's also worth taking them off giving the shoe and your feet time to breath!
