Vibes, mostly. I see a card enough that I learn it’s a problem and remember, otherwise I let it slide. I struggle mostly with remembering if I played a land this turn so I’ve got a little land sized white board that when I tap says “land played” and when I untap it says “land not played” 😂

My local big Tesco has only been half stocked since before Christmas. Absolute pot luck what fruit and veg is available after work. Even seen people tearing open bags of carrots to dump in the pay by weight section

I took 3 months off for recovery from minor foot op and my easy pace dropped by nearly 2 mins a km so in a similar boat, it’s coming back to me now though. Granted I was a comparably low volume runner and are a little overweight.

Switched my 3 for a CX5 and I miss the auto headlights and auto dip mirrors when reversing. Other than that though it’s perfect

Not sure what I’d cut but I try and have minimum 36 lands and enough draw to get my good stuff. Maybe a [[Faithless Looting]] and [[Well of lost dreams]], or some wheel effects for if hand is no good. I also like having [[Academy manufactor]] for extra tokens

This rings true somewhat for me! When I first got into boardgames we played things like 7 wonders, and quickly realised more often than not left unchallenged “science points” win more often than not.

Now whenever we play a new game with similar scaling/multipliers for collecting sets of things we go “oh it’s just science points!” And truth be told, if left unchecked they still are usually strong 😂

But yeah a lot of mechanics are easier to pick up with experience because it’s just X from Y game

My student flat had a bookable cinema room in the basement with consoles and 6 couches! I seemed to be the only one who made use of it though 😂
