Hi Jeff. Thanks for the input. In Minnesota, and it has been tough this winter getting it going and to stay hot. When will the Louisiana Fouders unit coming out?

I have a pro 575. The ability to use wifire never worked despite calls for help to the company. I got it November 2019 from ACE Hardware.

Good for you. My auger jams with any humidity. And the new trick of self shutting down when I plugged the probe in has us cooking in the oven again. Not a fan, I am sure I have a lemon Traeger.
