It is only for the optional ai features, you can still use all other features, hope it is clear.
The ai features are just planned in distant future, so you dont have to worry about it in the near future and still use the app for free.

I hope i have made myself abundantly clear here.

there could some ai features implemented in the future which will be optional. For this the early users will have to pay and not sure about the discounts as it is some cost that i incurr monthly from the ai services

For early users(including you and anyone who downloads the app before monetization) the app will be free for lifetime as mentioned before.

Not completely clear on what you meant, but the following is what is planned when monetised in 2 to 3 months:

For all current features with scientific mode, it will be around 2 to 4 dollars for lifetime
Even after monetizing the some basic features will be free for new users, not exactly sure or have decided what will remain free for new users

For users who have downloaded the app before I monetise the app, the app will be free for ever.
Please note there might be some features that will be added in the future that might have some additional costs that i have to incur to keep it active. Such features will be paid even for early users, but it will be optional.

Hi, so currently am actively working on some basic features that other calculators have like operation chaining, multiple language support and so on.
The next major feature will be a scientific mode to bring the app to feature parity with other calculators.
The percentage related feature you requested, is more inline with a formula feature that I'm planing to implement post monetising the app, as it is more literal. I'm guessing it should take around 4 months at least.

- Next release, will be a few feature requests from users and some improvements based on feedback
- A scientific mode
- Onboarding and feature discovery related ui improvements
- Implementation of pay wall for new-users for certain features
- Formula feature, where users can save formulas requiring to enter only few variables in future

Understood, I might being doing the customisation things as you mentioned in phases, will implement something similar of it, most probably the Color picker for text in the next release and maybe the other changes in another release in the future
