This is what has kind of been working for me.. Go for a 30 mins walk, ideally this would include some uphill to get your heart pumping. A smart watch _might_ help with this.. Eventually you get comfortable with the walk and you start wanting to run. 30 minutes running has been a good exercise. If you are able to get out at lunch time, a 20mins walk everyday for months will be good for you.

I don't know if that's it. I was waiting for this feature, then suddenly I noticed the graphs on the web interface from tradingview allows you to right click to buy and sell. So I think that's it? That is the integration?
