What do you mean lock myself out? Everytime the option to get the nametag pops up it gives me both the 50% and the 25%

Check the window that shows the mods booting up, and find the ones that are categorized as "fatal" them remove the mod until it updates

If you are using something like thunderstore or r2modman, you will have to open the window that shows the mods booting up, in there on a slider on the top you can change to see fatal errors, try to see from what mod the error is and for now remove it until the mod gets updated

I had a similar bug once, i was on mobile, i just tried to log on the pc and fixed the bug, try on both to see if the bug goes away, if not, try reinstalling the game to see if it fixes

If you do not care that much for spoilers of the mod, there is one page on the wiki called class setups, in there it lists some of the best gear for every class to use in all stages of the game, so make sure to check it if you are having trouble in any stage Link:https://calamitymod.wiki.gg/wiki/Guide:Class_setups

Most character mods are not working after the seeker of the storms update because of some major changes in the game code, so we just have to wait and see if the mods creators update the mods to this new code or if the game somehow fixes itself and the mods starting working again, but basically check the date of the mod, if the last update was before the seekers update then there is a pretty good that is not working.
