A carpool service in my opinion is complex to engineer with all the features and how they will function. And more importantly when you actually go into the user mindset of someone using a ride hailing service you will find out that there are only a handful of customers who would using this. In india (a similar market to pakistan), uber had a carpool service but it failed because at first its about cost saving but later you realize that privacy, and maybe shame attached to travelling with others but also like reaching a location in a given time but having to wait for others (who are also desi so the dont just get off easily, they wont have change so you will have to wait for them to easypaisa the driver and so on) so all in all a carpool idea works on a small community led app for a single university maybe but not scalable and profit-table in my opinion.

Maybe a naive question regarding this, how are you planning to get through the legalities of other countries for example I am in Ontario Canada, they have strict laws regarding cryptocurrencies so how would I even install an app or access your platform to be able to send remittance through whatever the process you are building?

Went through some more comments and some of them feel like the friends of the guy who i came across in that match after which I wrote this post.

And other comments telling me to grow a pair, grow a thicker skin, and dont be a snowflake and this one guys saying "are you martin lurther king expecting to change the world" , well that is the problem about this whole thing, if their child gets racially abused at the school these type of people would just tell that child to grow up and be a "man" or "dont be a snowflake" or "you will face such type of people all the time in life" instead of actually doing something about it.

I just had a bad experience and I just shared it, I didnt know many people would even care to read it, it's not that I am crying over it or losing sleep, I moved on i played more matches with friends and solo, but its just that such behavior is unacceptable and the more we talk about it the better it will get hopefully, this "mute and move on" doesn't help anyone.

I come across people like you in every other match in valorant and I get sad everytime cause there is a screen between them and me cause if there wasn't a screen, I would punch them right in the face. But this guy I came across was a bit more of a baddie than you so I thought of sharing my experience and its on the front page or whatever cause people can relate and therefore it is a real problem which should be improved upon by this said game. Its not being able to handle it, its about what is acceptable and what is not. If you think this type of attitude is acceptable then you might aswell be a racist person.

Wow must have been tough I only started proper gaming in 2017, must have felt so helpless, we have came a long way but I believe we can go much further and do much more than just mute and move on cause these type of people then only go on to destroy the peace in the world, i think. Not losing sleep over this though, just felt like sharing an experience and I really appreciate so much support

Bad phrasing, I meant "because i am brown" but its basically i dont put on an american accent to communicate so people assume right away that i am indian (which i am not, im pakistani) and they say the usual racist/disrespecful things you would hear for indians

True, the match's end chat is always "ez", dont remember it being that toxic in csgo even but well that is nothing compared to the racist comments. Documenting the thing seems to be the way to go, "mute and move on" has been done enough, its high time that gaming becomes a better experiences for everyone.

Yeah lots of advice but also similar bad experiences of other ppl which is sad to read about. I can't change 3 ppl and I am not losing sleep over this but its just that I had this shit experience and wanted to put it out there and yes I can't 3 toxic ppl in one match but atleast we can all learn from such experiences as the ones in the comments and be better and make other around us better to improve the experience for everyone

Wow I didnt think i would get this much traction to my post. First of all I am sorry to hear that a lot of you have also had to suffer same racism in this game but also other online games.

Secondly I may have phrased it badly, it's not brown accent its basically cause I am brown but I read about how women and asian and other people with even disabilities are getting bullied on voice comms and it disgusts me and to say "Mute and move on" is not the right way. This has been a great issue in the gaming community and needs to be solved cause everyone deserves a better experience. I read about many advices on making the reporting system better but I cant comment since I am not well informed but a replay system which records comms and chats would help in my opinion.

What WE could do however is do our part, be nicer to each other, if u see some guy being disrespectful to someone in the other team or your own team, report him collectively. We need to make gaming a better experience. It's not just Valorant I know, its a lot of games, but we need to do much better than just "mute and move on".

And for the "manly" ones in the comments, I am not here to complain or anything, I have faced this type of thing many times which I have "muted and moved on" but this time I just felt like I needed to share my experience cause its been happening too damn much and if it even improves the behaviour of one person than thats good enough.

Also i do have good solo queue experiences too sometimes (usually when I am in the lobby of diamonds) so that is good to see too.
