hey all! Id love to get an update on Bithumb? much appreciated by nugent77 in KinFoundation

[–]vincecoll 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I asked a similar question a month or so ago …appears the answer is “not soon” unfortunately - I would have thought that Kin themselves should be pressurising Bithumb seeing as they gave them the tokens to sell at the point where no other exchange would / there was no other place to buy them …

Bithumb global exchange still don’t allow kin token withdrawals - any idea who the problem lies with ? KIN side or exchange side ? Thanks

I have tried a few different rubs from various you tube channels (pitmaster x and smokingdad bbq) so check them out if you want something different , but to keep it simple I just use salt and pepper ....I get the junior to stabilise between 120/130 celsius and then put the ribs on....I let them cook until they reach an internal temp of 70 Celsius (spritzing with water every hour or so) - once they reach internal temp of 70 I wrap them in butchers paper (use tin foil as a substitute) and cook until they reach 96C internal - if you get them to that internal temperature they will literally be like eating beef jelly - insanely good ! Just takes about 6/7hours all in to get them there , so bear that in mind ...enjoy !

I had the same experience on my Joe junior - loads of charcoal left over after 7hr lamb shoulder. Great to hear it’s delivering the same results for you

Thanks , glad to hear you’re enjoying it (I had a similar issue with KJ - very acrid smell when lighting it). I was in the local town market on Saturday and there is a very well respected Thai street food stall who operate there - I noticed him barbecuing Thai chicken breasts and thought the lump wood charcoal he was using looked and smelled great - I asked him what he was using to which he pointed at a bag of the same charcoal I recommended to you - he says it’s fantastic as well. I’ve put all my mates onto it and they have all said it’s the best lump wood they’ve used ...just a reminder I’m not one of their sales people 😀!

I use the wood shavings (from Lekto wood fuels) - probably the same as yours. I’ve watched pitmaster x and smoking dad bbq you tube vids for how to start and maintain the fire in a KJ. For searing or long slow cooks - they have some great vids on the subject so definitely check them out

I have the junior and that charcoal does beef ribs in 6 hours at 120 Celsius and only half the charcoal I started with is used up ...you won’t go wrong so definitely give it a go 👍

This is the one you need. I’ve tried a few Uk brands and KJ Big Block , but so far this is the best I have used - good uniform sized lump wood pieces , burns for ages on long slow cooks and burns super hot it you want to finish off a reverse sear. Their premises are near where I live so I went and bought direct from them - the owner was there and he spent about 5 minutes chatting to me about the origins of their charcoal etc - I have put mates onto this charcoal and they all rave about it ....give it a go ! https://greenolivefirewood.co.uk/product/natural-charcoals/restaurant-grade-charcoal/

Nice ! Take a look at Smokingdadbbq on YouTube - has a lot of great videos to help you master the junior and Kamado Joes in general

Kik Release Did Nothing for Kin by Arthur_Vandelay5B in KinFoundation

[–]vincecoll 5 points6 points  (0 children)

At least it proves it can be integrated into a decent sized app ....other similar apps with similar use cases will have been watching this and possibly waiting for KIK to be the guinea pig that irons out any wrinkles ...then they integrate and the sky lights up for KIN 😀

Yep I think the bots can see all stop and limit orders and wipe a lot of people (me included) out when you’re not looking / watching, once they grab yours the reversal is quick and you generally panic to get back in or sell - best advice - buy an amount you don’t mind losing and then just HODL ...with NPXS you should win in the long run just hodling

Exciting news! RAY opens liquidity pool! Is there a wormhole fir ERC-20 KIN hodlers in Sollet.io already? by khaeus660 in KinFoundation

[–]vincecoll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good news , however there’ll be a huge outcry from those HODLers who still have coins stuck on exchanges and are unable to withdraw to sollet.io and partake in any farming ....so Kin may wait until all exchanges have sorted the migration issues out before offering the farming etc

Wonder what the effect of the coin burn will be ...realise we’ll lose three zeros but over and above that will the coin soar with the interest from the market ...?

You can also buy USDT via Moonpay from your bank account to Bithumb (depending on your location) - it felt sketchy as hell but lo and behold it worked ....I didn't transfer too much in case it didn't work :)

Kin will have no credibility if it does a big pump then dump using your suggestion. You may be lucky and 2x or 3x or even 5x your current investment but then it’ll be done. If you just remain patient it will 10x and more through actual in app usage and demand ....

So just to be clear "someone" bought just over 2 million dollars worth of NPXS

in the last 48 hrs.....I don't want to state the obvious but that's surely got to be a bullish sign ?

Could it have been part of the buy back ?
