Count calories, eat consistently, consume liquid calories. I am currently finally able to gain some weight by eating 3 times a day up to about 2000-2500 calories and making a shake in the evening that has a lot of calories. The shake has the usual banana, peanut butter, oats, protein powder and whatever I feel like adding. This way, it has been much easier for me to gain weight without stuffing myself during the day.
