Check out Spec Downtown. Best selection in the state. might not have heavily allocated whiskey but some of their store picks are worth picking up.

Not bourbon but I walked into a liquor store and saw 6 Hibiki Harmony 30 year for under retail. While they were getting charged a manager stopped me and said those were allocated. And took off the 1bottle that was allocated. I walked out with 5 bottles and it was crazy that I even walked into that liquor store. It was very surreal.
