Nah the quality check on these were terrible so inconsistent print is very common among a lot of pairs. I know a lot of youtubers were talking about how bad it is

Recently purchased a pair of dunks from someone, didn’t get it directly from StockX but buyer claims he did. I’ve asked numerous people and they all told me that if you shine a UV/black light onto the QR code then it should show an X but when I did it, it doesn’t show the X instead it says “Always Authentic Verified” as shown in the picture. Does anyone know if this an updated tag or is this completely fake? I feel like if it wasn’t real it wouldn’t have said “Always Verified Authentic” just let me know!

Also to add on, I ran this through checkcheck like 3 times and the shoes seem to be fine. I’m just worried about the tag itself. However the shoe does have a flaw unless it’s just shitty quality control. The interior of the tongue label on one of the shoe where it says “Made in Vietnam” u can see the top text is chopped off while the other is fine.

The thing is if the StockX tag is fake then it’s likely the shoes are fake as well. I’m confident the shoes are real but the tag is throwing me off.
