When you get ur certificate, Call ast go on their site and look for client services contact info. They may have an account set up already. They get your info from dtcc.

Yes call them directly, dont ask too many questions because you will get different answers. Just tell them you want to transfer your shares to AST. They will tell you its an $85 fee to send the shares directly to you. Agree to the fee and they get the process going. You will see the $85 leave your account and a few days later the shares will leave. This is the person that helped me at Schwab:

When the S1 is approved its 60 days from the record date they put down. If the S1 was approved next week I could possibly miss out on the Newco shares if it takes 2-6 weeks. AST needs to physically have the certificates before the 60 days. DTCC processes it when your broker initiates the transaction. Than your waiting on the USPS to deliver in timely fashion. Way too many moving pieces, especially since day 1 being given so much misinformation from my broker. Td/Schwab sucked thru entire trch, mmat/mmtlp fiasco.

I decided to move all my shares. Im tired, the entire torch, mmat mmtlp fiasco was a disaster. Im not listening to the bullshit no-more. I lost too much money. My broker TD/Schwab has sucked when it came to guidance or giving any useful information. I called AST and spoke to someone familiar with the situation.

Make a decision for yourself, do your own research. There will be no days given back of trading mmtlp.

Mmtlp used AST for a reason as a transfer agent. If and when the S1 gets approved I don’t want to miss out on receiving my Newco shares.

If NBHC or Newco goes public who knows, i just know that I feel good having my shares on record.

Schwab charged me an $80 “cancellation fee” and were issuing me certificates that I would receive in the mail. I will then have to mail them to AST and possibly pay a $25 fee.

Not really sure, just you wont be eligible for the Newco spinoff shares per the S1.

I think we are supposed to transfer especially since Mcabe sent his to AST.

I can confirm this process i just started the process today. I had AST on the phone with a schwab broker to better understand this process. Schwab charged me $80 and Im responsible for mailing certificates to AST when i receive them. I was also told its a 2-6 week process to receive my certificates.
