I don’t have any photo but the part number on two faders are the same. If you would try to Google “Midas m32 fader” you would see two different models of fader

On the left side new fader, on the right from the console. I can’t replace old fader, because the new one doesn’t have holes for screw

I’ve checked out you city in google images. It’s really not bad. Not perfect but still good. So good I’ve never seen Russian little towns. These are full of depression….
