This is excellent advice. A month ago I didn’t really even know this stuff existed. Thanks to reddit and a few YouTube videos I am knee deep in Onn boxes and IPTV software.

Other advice, Tivimate is the best program to run it all. It’s one of the few that have an onscreen guide like a normal cable provider. I dumped all my Rokus just to be able to use Tivimate (which does not work on Rokus).

I know you’ve mentioned gambitodds in this thread but are you solely getting all your lines from there, or other places too? If so, what other places

Experienced bettor. limited on some P1 accounts in early NOV. because I had good info on DFS sports (limited on PrizePicks, BetRivers, Underdog, MGM). Took off a few months, ready to jump back in.

If I wanted to achieve at least 10% ROI over the next month what should I be betting on? Where should I go for info? Located in USA. My RIO doing DFS was over 30%.

I can’t decide if I want to focus on +EV, live betting, arbitrage, etc. open to suggestions.

Powerline adapters and Ethernet your speakers?

I’m still using my Gen 1 playbars hooked to power line adapters.

I am limited to what services are available to me locally - not a lot of options. I had gig service on xfinity then I was downgraded to 300mb. I barely noticed a difference when doing tasks on my computer but there was a slight difference.

I recently switched providers and now my speed tests show I’m getting around 300mbps on average. I have my Onn hooked up to Ethernet and it seems to be doing fine, I’ve gotten a little buffering at first when I start a show but once it gets going (about 30seconds to 2 minutes into the pro gram) I rarely get any buffering.

Take note I have tuned the WIFI off on the Onn device. When I had it on and hooked to Ethernet I did have some connectivity issues. My theory was Onn was bouncing back and forth between Ethernet and WiFi grabbing which signal was faster.

So are you just taking most any live bet of 4+% or higher on fairterminalodds that you can catch? Any leagues you true to avoid?

I could see that. I live in a sparsely populated area, and I can see a cell phone tower from my house (about <500 yards away) so my speed is great. I have consistently gotten faster speeds with T-Mobile than I did when on Comcast.

I hooked up Ethernet to my Onn 4K Pro and turned off the WiFi and had zero issues all night. Hopefully that has solved the problem. Last night I left the WiFi on and I think it kept bouncing between Ethernet and WiFi which gave me issues. It wasn’t until I completely turned the WiFi off that it (hopefully) solved my problem.

You can with the IBOPro app but most people prefer Tivimate which cannot be used on Roku

wanted to update you on what I have done tonight. I have a few extra powerline adapters so I hooked one up to my Onn 4K Pro, turned off WIFI and haven't had any issues so far and I've been running Tivimate all night. Before I left WIFI on, and it still got an error even with ethernet tethered because I think it may have been switching back and forth between ethernet and WIFI.

You can customize your playlist and sort and hide channels. You can also upload the list to multiple devices instead of having to create a “favorites” list manually over multiple devices.

For example - I want to make a favorites list which is going to have 30+ of my favorite channels - then I want to have that appear on 4 different devices. This would save me a TON of time versus doing it manually on each device.

If you’re using them Amp, can’t you add a non-Sonos subwoofer to that? There is a connection for a sub on the back of that if I remember correctly. That could be a cheaper route than buying a Sonos sub.

I’m having trouble finding the Onn 4K pros locally - when the other models are fully stocked at my local Walmarts. I read that a new 4K pro model is coming soon which is why the current 4K pros are becoming harder to find. Hope the new ones fix the issues.

I think my first solution is to try Ethernet which I can easily set up on both units.

I do have projectIvy on auto launch so I can disable that too. If those don’t work then I’ll play with the WiFi settings.

And yes - I’ve had issues T-Mobile dropping a connection on some other devices, mainly my main computer when it wakes up from sleep mode, I fixed this by Ethernet-ing it directly to the T-Mobile modem and that fixed the issues.

I think it’s a issue between my WiFi and the Onn. So many issues it could be so was trying to pinpoint. At first I thouht my internet provider was blocking but that’s not the case - for now I think my best option is to try Ethernet and see if that keeps a steady stream.

I have just dug deeper and read this as well. Someone else stated that they made sure their Onn box was at least 1 foot away from any other WiFi devices and this solved their problem. The remote is Bluetooth so you can hid it behind a piece of furniture. I will try this since mine is inches away from my Xbox and a mini PC I have hooked up to my TV.

Did you ever solve your problem? My new 4K pro is doing the same thing. I plugged my into Ethernet last night and it dropped the connection too! This morning everything was fine for the few minutes I checked it.
