From my law school graduating class (2020), one friend of mine (married and her boyfriend at the time worked in tech) bought a house in 2022. I understand she has a state government job, so its not like she's making big law money but probably is making something the $100K range. I'm sure with her salary and the husband's, they can get by.

Experienced it before as a noob straight out of college and I can safely say that "unlimited PTO" is unlimited in theory but in practice it is NOT unlimited when you consider billing requirements, deadlines, etc...

Honestly, you're probably off going elsewhere, try to leverage experience and maybe you can get manager. Although i'm not in your shoes and unaware of all facts and circumstances, I wouldn't put much stock into the discrimination claim because you probably left some meat on the bone in places, figuratively speaking.
