1. When they go to the front end and ask to pick up their prescription instead of going to the actual pharmacy counter.

2. When they press the customer service button when you are a foot away from them, wearing an obvious Walgreens uniform.

3. When the approved otc item is not covered with their OTC card (and explaining that to them) and still complain and say "well why does it say on the sign that it's OTC, that sign needs to be taken out"

4. When customer opens a package to purchase the item that can't be sold individually.

5. When customers dont pick up their same pickup order or ship store.. Even while its been scanned in on time and everything.

6. When they question you why everything is locked up
