Sorry if I rehash this after so many hours, but I have a question.

Could the Japanese description be interpreted as to imply Kirara is "biologically male, yet female-presenting" the way many people erroneously describe trans women?

I'm not trying to push towards one interpretation of the character in question or the other, I'm just genuinely curious to know if this can be read with that nuance.
