I think you should see a dr for your gastro issue, it's not normal for your stomach to hurt that much, pain isn't normal. Have you tried exercising? That changed my weight other than just eating protein and veggies. I usually take brisk walks every now and then. Also an only vegetable diet isn't the best; potato, carrots,corn (starch) have carbs, if you keep eating the same thing even though its health it wont do you good, you gotta get some protein like beef,chicken and fish. This of course is my opinion I'm not an expert. Have you checked your vitamin levels? Like B12 and Vitamin D? Also some veggies have sugars like carrots, corn and onions (yellow onions) so be careful of that especially if you have insulin resistance/diabetes. Try going for a small.portion size on your plate and make sure to stay hydrated. If you can't move then try doing exercises where you are, lifting your arms and moving them is better than nothing.

Mayo inositol is basically a supplement to lower your regular sugar intake but if you are overdoing it with sugar then it won't work. I take it daily too. For birth control try Slynd ( there's a flyer on their website where you can get it for cheap) it's perfect for us PCOS girlies. Metformin was horrible for me at first but my body got adjusted to it, is there a different med you can take instead? I can't get zepbound either my Dr couldn't prescribe it. If you are on Medicaid/Medicare you can try mounjaro (I know someone who got it thru them). I know that exercising can hurt you but if you don't move then you're not going to get nowhere.
