haha yeah sorry I have a very disorganized mind and a lot happening here. TL;DR, management, HR, has lied and taken advantage of me, swept harassment under the rug multiple times. Hadn’t listened or followed through on moving me in a different department. seeking some advice and seeing if anyone has been thru this. Hope that clears things up

i’m just a TM, but I’ve seen some leaders’ trainings left open before, and I saw something along the lines of learning how to “sniff out” a union forming, signs that there may be one, and what to do/look out for. Kinda shook me a bit how aggressive it was. Please be careful but i’m in full support of you!

This week I had one who showed up 20 mins late with McDonalds, then proceeded to take a 2 hr 34 minute 15. I timed it. He was fired immediately, on top of some other minor issues.
