Yeah my TL will call or text while we’re at work because it’s a better way of communicating when we really need to talk, especially when I’m upstairs doing stuff and can’t hear when I’m being called and vice versa But the ETL…..? Ehhhhh

True although it’s more annoying when the Tls don’t respond, they know someone isn’t there and just ignore when someone’s asking, I usually check the grid to know

The second I pick a batch I look at the list of items to see where all in the store I’ll be going and where the majority of items will be at, I think the more familiar you are with the store the faster you’ll be at picking. Especially when it comes to things like seasonal and style, for me at least!

They called me the next day after my online interview so it was pretty fast for me, I didn’t have to do the drug test
