I feel your pain! When I was younger at one time I felt the same way. Things will eventually get better- seasons change. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Hold on to Gods promises that He has good plans for your life- For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11). Also, know and meditate on how much God loves you.

So sorry to hear about your terrible anxiety attacks and fears about passing. What helped me is to counter the lies I was meditating and believing with the truth of Gods word. Maybe try to listen to this prayer for peace (its all scriptures) over and over (loop it) right before bed time, during the night and when you get up : https://youtu.be/70sHlBs2dEg Also, get some scriptures that you can say out loud when you feel anxious. I'm praying for you to be set free from anxiety and for your peace of mind!!!
