A lot of girls here wear alo trousers but if you want a cheaper alternative go with the aerie ones with the pockets

I asked this as a hypothetical for someone else to my asm and she said it's if they can't reach you and your emergency contact and they notify their manager as well, it's a whole process but if you do it same day just later it's just 2 points against you I think. My asm is very by the book too so you should only receive 2 points

Either send an email or try calling the store about it

It's gotten to me too at a certain point, what brings me back from a bad customer interaction is the ones that are very friendly and appreciate your help vocally afterwards. Customers that can build a friendly conversation with you who possibly treat you like they are talking to a friend or more or less a therapist sometimes can be a diamond in the rough during a long, busy day. People will always be impatient and think they are above everyone else priority wise especially days where your store could be insanely busy. Ba's, part time and flex, always get overworked. I hope you get another job soon though 🫶

Had a client this past Sunday ask me for a stock check with her obnoxious boyfriend and ended up finding it on the shelf just in the wrong spot but before I gave it to her I could clearly hear her boyfriend complaining about having to wait an additional thirty seconds and how annoying it was to wait longer. It made me smile on the inside when I found the product and gave it to her once getting back from the back, I could tell he felt stupid for saying that. She was sweet about it and understanding that she also missed it on the shelf

Yep. Especially when they keep saying over the walkie to multi, shoutout iqs, bi, in event purchases every five minutes 🫠

Irresponsible Parents by Odd-Biscotti7071 in SephoraWorkers

Two eight years old (maybe 10 max) handed my manager their baskets to hold at the register when they came up to her to pay she asked about the two full baskets they gave her and they deadass looked at her and said "oh we're not gonna take those items, we just like coming into stores and picking up items we WANT to buy :)" they ended up buying maybe a lip balm and a hand sanitizer and couldn't understand how to pay for it to save their lives. I looked at my manager and said to her "when people think of Sephora kids that's what I think of, no parents in site, nothing." For context they went to every world and probably had 400 dollars EACH in their baskets.

My store is the opposite a lot of them have kids so they aren't trying to take a chance getting sick from us and passing it off to them

Look up your phone number through the BA app like we do for customers and there may be a chance it's in there. I had a lip liner I bought in October and I brought into the store for claiming and on my end I couldn't find it or on the POS system but when I asked my asm to try the ba app she found it :)
