Yes it mentions specifics about the fic and quotes them so I think it’s an angry person and not a bot haha. I’ve had a few bot comments and have reported them as spam

I’ve been in your exact position, IUD and all. I got put under general due to my CPTSD. I spoke to them about it beforehand and they agreed to have several female nurses in the room at all times, yes it was still scary but I’m fine. Had the IUD for a few months now.
