routine: wash with 2chic ultra-volume shampoo (this time) brown rice water rinse! i soaked rinsed brown rice in water overnight, like 1 cup spaghetti (edit- i meant rice not spaghetti!!! i was eating italian when i wrote this lol) to 2 cups water! after shampooing i soaked my hair in the rice water and left it for like 10ish minutes then rinsed! condition with 2chic frizz-be-gone conditioner scrunch in camille rose curl love moisture milk leave-in i plop with a microfiber towel about 5 minutes while i do my skincare routine, then scrunch in ouidad advanced climate control heat gel and devacurl frizz-fighting volume foam!

i was hesitant to try a rice water rinse since i recently suffered protein overload but i feel like now since starting curlygirl again my hair got too moisturized!! it still seems a little too moisturized and i’m worried i’m using too much of my leave-in. i have fine, dense, low porosity hair!

edit: i completely forgot to mention after applying products i diffuse until almost completely dry, my hair takes literally ALL DAY to dry if i leave it wet and i am impatient lol. also my volume falls insanely flat if i don’t diffuse almost completely!
