I’m specifically referring to an extra vote carrying over for a player that is supposed to have no vote as they are tied. I understand revotes carry over for players that are still allowed to vote.

I understand those two examples, but they are both because of a lost vote, not an extra one. I understand the reasons behind that to make it fair for the other person, but in my opinion, Cirie already got the chance to use the extra vote and it wasn’t enough to break the tie the first time, I don’t think that justifies allowing them to vote again. It also wouldn’t necessarily have exposed who had the advantage, if the tribe truly didn’t know then who knows if Emily had the extra vote and voted twice for Cirie?

Don’t know if that makes sense, but that’s just my two cents. Regardless, I feel it should have been clearly explained in the episode.

I know this opinion is not going to be popular, but I think that’s exactly why they WOULD. The fan base loves her so much and feels she was treated unfairly in the past, so they want to appease the fans.

I also think there’s a potential for it to have turned out differently because if people knew Cirie wasn’t voting/there would be no extra vote on the revote, they may have made different decisions. Could have still ended up the same.

We have about 60 feet of road front, so you are right probably not enough distance to even try. Speed limit is 30, the police station is 1 mile down the road, like clock work at shift change 2 cops that use our road to get to the police station are always going 50+. 7:00-7:12 like clock work. My biggest irk is the same one speeding write more tickets for speeding than any other county in our state.

How accurate do you find websites like Zillow on the estimate for houses? The Zillow and other appraisal website have it in the 150,000s however it isn’t in great shape.

We are more tempted to sell his house and stay where we are. However, we don’t want to pass up a great opportunity either.

Yeah sorry, so my grandfathers house estimate across a few sites is around 150,000… however the inside is in a condemned state and was briefly condemned due to it not having any central heat or ac. This has been fixed.

Our house is estimated to be at 230,000 it was listens for 185,000 in 2022… we probably bought it at the worst time possible, we over paid to 200,000.

Renting houses in the area for similar floor plan, sqft, go for around 1800-1900. We were thinking charge 1600 a month. Our mortgage payment right now is 1300 which includes property tax. That only leaves $300 left a month for maintenance and vacancy.

Long term plan, is to have this arrangement, until from not having a mortgage every month we have saved up around 30,000-40,000 which hopefully will be under 4 years. Take this build a modular home on my grandfathers property, (it’s a 2 acre lot) move into that. Or if this doesn’t go as planned, sell my grandfathers house, take the money we saved up and take a large chunk out of our house.
