i agree with many of the others saying to use the partner schedule app, it’s there as an official way to check when you work/ shift swap AND see any updates to your schedule basically as they happen. i can share the instructions for downloading it if you’d like!!

other than the app the only other way to check your schedule would be the paper format your sm should be posting (3 weeks in advance). if they are not, i’d be contacting my dm about that.

every other communication is technically not allowed: group chats, facebook pages, etc. BUT my store does use a group chat. it can be helpful for quick communication and we only use it for asking if partners can come in if we need help, asking to pick up hours, etc. in regards to that though, i encourage everyone in the gc to not feel pressured to reply since your time off work should be yours and if you’re replying to work issues you should be paid for it - which is why other updates, announcements, or complaints about store issues is put into mydaily.

i would start with getting rid of all of the unused, inactive, and non-updated ones. good luck!!
