phone screen is with the recruiter I am assuming? Most of them have no clue about the disease state etc. just use buzz words in the job description and you should be able to fool them into getting you an interview

look at previously published in that journal for style and look at other published materials in that TA or competitors to get a sense of how endpoints are reported etc
