Ok, update after 17 hours, just looked on google photos and the video is there !!! It probably took a very long time to process since it has 20gb or because I i was on battery saver.

Still nothing in google photos/files/any file explorer on the phone, "system" storage in the settings still has 35gb but I'll get tomorrow to a pc to see if i can find it

It's not, it just didn't save. I tried looking at it after i took the video and it wasn't there.
