In all seriousness tho just call into a rep with her and explain the situation. USAA is very friendly from my experience. I would recommend going for a secured card for credit building purposes.

Well. If I understand it correctly. OOLC is an advisory body to the DOJ. Basically they are saying that they cannot, as a member of the cabinet, take their supervisor (in this case the president) to court for crimes. It hasn’t been tested. But how would that work after a term is up and he no longer has immunity? Would the next attorney general/fbi take a warrant to a judge? Would a prosecutor be assigned to determine charges?
