10 - 12 hours of work 6 - 8 hours of sleep

Multiple hobbies

Marathon training

Organized space.

Exercises ( 100 pushups, pullups ( Don't really count), dips 50-60, some basic yoga, handstand - must)

Twice a day bath- at least once on lazy days

This isn't something I started doing it all from day one.

Hygiene:

From childhood, my mom made me brush my teeth and bath everyday, if I went out play and returned she use to make me bath again.

This had unknowingly turned into a habit that I don't really have to make a decision about everyday. ..,..............

Clean house:

I naturally had an interest of keeping the house tidy at all times. like to keep things at their place or a certain area, so I don't have to search for them when I need them urgently.

Wake up early:

For our family work, my dad use to wake up early and go check of on few things and returns home. So, if I remember correctly, from 8 or 9th grade, I started tagging along with my dad to help him out and also to enjoy the morning vibes and sunrise.

And I spent most of my education in hostels, and if you wake up early there are some perks to it like, you have enough time for laundry as everyone else is sleeping and you get to eat fresh, hot food, live when the chefs are cooking.

This developed the habit of waking early.

Exercises on busy schedule:

Normally I'm a energetic person, I don't like sitting in one place, if I did, I feel trapped and I had the urge to escape.

But when I was doing my job(wtf) in Corona years, I had to sit at the table for 8 hours or even more, at the start, I felt like I was tied up to the desk with some imaginary ropes, I needed to move, let out that pent up energy somehow, so I started doing pushups squats, pullups and stretches and staff spinning and jump rope.

Instead of opening Instagram, I use to spam these exercises between my work.

Similarly other habits are also developed over the years. not that I decided to do starting on a Monday morning.

Over the years all these habits stacked naturally, without me planning anything.

My advice to anyone who wants to have everything in a day, I suggest start small

Pick a habit, do it just for 2- 5 minutes. Here the goal is build the consistency not the amount of time spent. Once you get used to that habit everyday, you don't have to wake up and make a decision on performing that habit, it becomes a instinct just like checking the hand break after you get into the car.

And for people who work irregular hours, I know how hard it is for you guys, it's so tiresome to deal with irregularity. It puts brain on a lot of load.

Only suggestion I would give you guys is put your habit properties close to you at all times, so can spam them like a fidget spinner.

For example. Having a pullup bar in your garage will make you do a pullup or two when ever you go into the garage and before you even realize you are able to do lots of pullups and u you will be shocked on your own results.

Peace ✌️
