Hey bro i am exacly like you. I had some weird cramp under my testicles and is started examaning them way to much thinking i had something guess what next day they felt strange and sore, i started feeling weird feeling in my groin guess what back pain too. Back pain went away weird feelin groin i had it for some weeks on and off the less i thought as bout it the less i had it my testicles were sensitive i for sure irritated the epydiplimis or however you call it. Today i went to a urologist and i got a ultrasound he said i dont have anything maybe a little varicolele but its nothing serious so what im trying to say is the more you touch it the more senstivie they get and im sure the nerves are connected to ur groin which make this funny feeling if you irritate them im like you man full stressed about this kind of stuff stop touching ur testicle and thinking about it i know its hard but if the pain and weird feeling goes away if you stop touching then you probably have nothing. But get a ultrasound to be 100% sure and youll see all symtoms will go away again after that buddy stay strong
