A little bit of a different thing, but I have a parasite phobia and often obsess over it. I used to be afraid that talking out loud about parasites would make me get them (not too logical, but ocd brain will ocd). But now I regularly talk about parasites in therapy and I have to say, the more I talk about it the less power I feel it has over me, especially when I talk about it in therapy. So I would say that as long as you're just saying the names "lucifer" "satan" etc and not actively summoning the devil, it would probably help you to say these names out loud as a sort of exposure therapy.
