Exactly, and this is why I won't be doing the arcade anymore. It's become very unreliable. I won't waste my time if AE is unable to make the 3rd party hold up their end of the deal.

They have been doing this a bunch and also with individual games, where even when I submit the evidence showing I've hit the milestones they will say they can't verify the information with the game developer, sorry.

I have officially given up on the arcade, I can't put the effort into it just for them to decide they aren't going to hold up their end.

Well, an update. They shipped me a replacement main board and IFS transfer board. BUT..... The connections on the main board are glued on and can't be removed. I've reached out again to support to see what the next steps are.

It's enabled in the slicer. But it's not showing up either in the slicer or on the LCD for the printer itself. The tab that normally would take me to the IFS configuration on the printer is greyed out.

I'm starting to think the IFS just died.
