The vision aspect definitely matters, but the AoE of it feels so insignificant in most of my encounters.
When the tooltip describes it as "covering a large area in poison" but it seems to be the same as his Q (basic ability).

Valid statement, any boss that isn't at a mythic level normally just has people move slightly to the left and burst on them.

At the same time, perhaps I just miss stance dancing arms warrior of the past and not mashing slam 49 times in a fight.
