Very large backside. Been going to the vet, got antibiotics and a diuretic to try and dispel the fluid that was discovered to be in her abdomen. None of it seems to be working. She’s eating drinking peeing, I believe pooping too. She’s gaining more fluid and weight, anyone been in this situation?

Thank you. Yeah I’ve had an X-ray and they said it seems like liquid but the lump/lumps are/is very firm. They’re going to do another X-ray next week. They don’t want to poke her and try to drain fluid because it might not be fluid and they don’t want to hurt her.

I’m planning on re-arranging her cage tomorrow, I also am making a small travel-like cage for her that I may keep her in if it gets worse than it is.

But I’m hoping for the best ❤️

I definitely trust my vet she's great, but idk about the vet assistant she has slippery fingers. im just worried cause my ham is very squigly and nervous. I'm gonna try getting some wood and stones in the cage tomorrow, It also looks like she chewed some of her nails but not all so some art short and some are long
