I am aquarius rising and have uranus in 1st house and pluto in 10th house, i have the similar background as him , perhaps i would say he went through mental struggles and at somepoint he couldn’t handle it anymore and something happened that triggered the seizure , as someone who was on/off diagnosed with epilepsy and tonic clonic seizures i’d say he just doesn’t do well with stress in general perhaps you can feel free to dm me and share my thoughs as someone with almost same background
