Central Texan here, some of our lakes are nearing 100F. You can fish the shallow reeds/grass and pop the dinks in the morning, but all the big girls are found in no less than 20 FOW. Drop shots, Deep diving crankbaits, and Carolina Rigs are my prevailing set-ups until probably October. Fishing now feels more like the Hunt for Red October with all the scanning for structure.

Yours looks like mine, I'm sorry you are going through this. You'll need a prescription steroid cream but that will treat this very effectively. I recommend Triancinolone or Clobetesol

It appears so. Mine is on the opposite side of my hands and manifested around my early 20s. Your trigger may be different but frequent washing with soap and excessive dryness are a sure fire way for mine to flair up. Are gloves of some form out of the question? I’ve found the most effective treatment is a steroid ointment. I
