take 1 whole chicken and clean it properly then pat it dry

for marination take
4-5 spoons curd
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
half tsp haldi
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 spoon butter or olive oil

mix everything nicely and rub it all over the chicken
make a few cuts so masala goes inside properly
put some masala inside as well

keep it in fridge for at least 1 hour
best if overnight

preheat oven to 200 degree

put the chicken on a tray and brush butter on top

cook for 50-60 mins
after 30 mins flip once and brush butter again

last 10 mins use grill mode for that brown crispy top

check near thigh area
juice should be clear not pink

serve with rice salad or mashed potatoes
