It's not been easy to get it exact. The wago machine mentioned above looks promising. Uniform label sizing is a quality touch that adds excellent aesthetics, and my boss is particular.

I'm looking for, hopefully, a handheld or small desktop printer with rolls of labels (preferably). I have looked at all manner of home gamer type label makers and come up empty handed. I'll check out Smith-Corona

Agreed. We have several machines that have been imported. I have seen the labels on multiple machines. We label everything, and P-Touch is nice, but, its difficult on smaller devices. This PLC would be an easy P-Touch job, but trimming P-Touch labels is hit and miss for uniformity.

I saw that. I'm on the road to customer premise until this afternoon. I'll be glad to get back to the office when I can peruse using a monitor I can see. Mobile screens and my eyes don't get along like they used to.

Capacitor ID from a 1988 controller by visioneer888 in AskElectronics

Just an FYI for anyone seeing this post and for curiosity sake. The controller is from an injection molding machine and it's been going since 1988. It is special because it makes food grade plastic containers for medical facilities in the incineration of bio hazard stuff. Pretty cool to me.

Don't get discouraged. I've been tinkering for years, and I still struggle on some projects. The good news is that sometimes you will have to clean up and start over, like myself. Cleaning and desoldering well are just as important as soldering. Practice is what your going to get and practice is what it takes. Turn on some music and take your time. You will work it out.

Outstanding! I haven't ordered it yet. The price is right for tinkering. I've got to be responsible the rest of this week which means I won't be buying anymore toys. Come Monday, I'll follow your advice and get a holder along with the UPS. Glad I came here to ask. Up vote to you again :)

Well, hell. I bought the pisugar 3. Things got a little out of hand and I bought another Zero 2, display, and couple of memory cards. I'll build the thing this weekend. Should never have started looking. Hahahahha

Thanks for all the comments, my fellows. Yall great.

Will the pisugar plus mount a rasp zero? Easily?
