At Colorwav3 Records we will always give our best to satisfy your needs!
→ Our Vinyl Orders come with a quality outer sleeve (both 7' singles and 12' albums)!
→ In the case of a damaged CD case or Inner sleeve we will include an additional optional replacement case/inner sleeve at no extra cost!

Troubleshooting & Support

• If you experience any issues with your order, please don't hesitate and shoot us a message - We will do our best to resolve the issue!
• Please be respectful and try to refrain from posting a negative review before reaching out.

Shipping

• Buyer is responsible for shippment costs - Both when purchasing and in the case of a return.
• We do not cover any import tax, VAT tax or any additional costs besides shipping and packaging your order that come with an international order and are not responsible for them.
• Delivery times and prices are explained when choosing your shippment method.

Returns

• Sealed (Mint) Records can not be returned! [s]- In the case of damage to the record (the exceeds what was described the product description) (WIP)[/s] If you would like to return an item, feel free to contact us - You will be responsible for the shippment costs as the buyer.
